DID YOU KNOW: You Can Request a Copy of Your eOPF?

LiteBlue’s Electronic Official Personnel Folder link has been currently unavailable for well over a year at this point.  Who knows what’s even in their files at this point?  Well, there is a way to request a physical copy of your eOPF.

You’ll have to write a letter requesting a copy of your eOPF file to:

                              Steven Byers

                              HR Manager Indiana District

                              3939 Vincennes Rd

                              Indianapolis, IN 46298

I have not done this myself, so I don’t know what is required to confirm your identity but I’d most likely include my EIN in the letter.
