Meeting called to order at 6:35pm
Reading of the minutes by Patterson, 2nd Polifoni- Motion passes

The Union will pay the savings bond of $250. They will also pay Rocky’s Flowers of $160.50.

OWCP:

Watch your surroundings, there was a carrier shot in Ohio

Unfinished Business:

Motion to table all proposed by-laws until the wording is revised and then will be addressed again by Polifoni, 2nd Castor

Motion passes on the vote to pay Nick Hamilton for assignment time for SOS 1 training in the amount of $578.64

New Business:

The food drive is May 11th and we need volunteers. If you have any ideas please contact Pierce at 812-719-0267 or Chambers at 812-243-2825

Motion to add Section 11 to vote on at the next meeting by Polifroni, 2nd Pierce- Motion passes

Motion to spend up to $350.00 a year subscription for a Union website by Hamilton, 2nd Pierce- Motion passes

There is no Good of the Association this month

Improvement of Service:

Motion to have next month’s meeting at Moggers and spend up to $499.00 by Harper, 2nd Vernon
