Meeting called to order at 6:37pm

Reading of the minutes as written in the newsletter by Hamilton, 2nd Lacher- Motion passed

OWCP: N/A

Unfinished Business:

The by-law for the union meeting start time was passed. It will now start at 7pm starting in July.

The rest of the by-laws were sent in. We will give an update when we get them back.

If a carrier puts in for incidental leave after the schedule is posted and there’s a spot open they have to give it to you. See your steward if you get denied.

The canoe trip is scheduled for July 28th at Turkey Run at the Canyon Shelter. The Union will provide food and it will be ready between 11:30 and noon. Anyone is welcome to bring food as well. People that want to canoe or tube will do so after lunch. Families are welcome and encouraged to come! BYOB. Retirees that want to canoe/ tube please text or call Chamber’s preferably by July 1st for a head count.

New Business:

Gary Alkire, a brother carrier, has passed away. The Union bought a wind chime for the family. Thoughts and prayers for the family as well.

Good of the Association:

Motion to pay up to $200 for paper for the union room by Castor, 2nd Pierce- Motion passed

Motion to pay up to $499 for Gatorade by Pierce, 2nd Vernon- Motion passed

Improvement of Service:

Motion to have next month’s meeting at Copper Bar by Lacher, 2nd Patterson- Motion passed
