Meeting called to order at 6:47pm
Reading of the minutes by Harmon, 2nd Hamilton- Motion passes
OWCP:
Wear your seatbelts, don’t drive with your doors open, and no bluetooths are allowed at all.
Unfinished Business:
Voting on the by-laws, 6 out of the 7 passed, 1 did not, see attached sheet.
The new local branch website is now available. It’s foursevennine.org. Please check it out, it has a lot of helpful resources.
On May 17th Koerner and Polifroni will do a M-41 class in the academy room at the post office at 6:30pm.
New Business:
Nick Hamilton will take over for Polifroni as steward for a while.
Brandon Pierce will take over as steward for Clinton, Rockville and Sullivan. The State Convention is April 13th-15th. There are 6 people going.
There is a job fair at the post office on April 25th from 2-5 for new PTF’s.
Good of the Association:
Motion to send Wyatt Joy to the next school of stewards training by Koerner, 2nd Polifoni- motion passes
Motion to get Chick-Fi-La for carriers on April 27th for up to $499 by Patterson, 2nd Koerner- motion passes
Motion to have food and drinks for M-41 training and spend up to $300 on May 17th by Koerner, 2nd Farr- motion passes
Please go through old uniforms for the clothing closet.
Improvement of Service:
Motion to have next month’s meeting at Mogger’s and spend up to $499 by Koerner, 2nd Pierce- motion passes
Financial Report:
